  15. I have bought and sold many items with Copperhead and never 
  16. had a problem with the hardware. I also have visited their 
  17. store in NY and can tell you it is easy to see how they may not 
  18. return calls. It was very busy there (mostly phone calls) and the 
  19. two owners were trying to repair machines, answer the phones 
  20. and help me at the same time. What they need is someone 
  21. who is more organized to take over business operations. Unlike 
  22. some other posts I have read, I found that they were pretty 
  23. helpful and friendly.
